Police finally seal off Kogi Assembly

Armed policemen yesterday sealed off the Kogi State House of Assembly complex.

Inspector-General of Police, Mr Solomon Arase had stated that he needed the advice of the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice before enforcing the resolution of the National Assembly.

The Senate had on March 17, 2016 agreed with the resolutions of the House of Representatives on the lingering crisis in the Kogi State House of Assembly.
